Report

Giving leaders a chance to bond and collaborate over one single goal helped establish the first Leadership in Action program (LAP) for  the Casey Foundation. Maryland’s LAP (MLAP) brought together 40 leaders focused on school readiness. The Baltimore City LAP (BLAP) blossomed from that first effort. The documentation study interviewed participants about the impact of LAP on their ability to make a measurable difference. This report reviews LAP implementation and presents recommendations to improve the quality of the program moving forward.
